Data types

Under the data points main navigation item can you mange the data points that are send and registered by devices to the platform. Multiple devices can have the same datapoints. A data point can have a data type. This is used to setup the prefix or suffix annotation. For example the suffix °C can be set for a data type Celsius and a % for the data type Percentage. It is possible for the vanity admin to add extra data types when needed and assign this to a data point.
